theres a guy here with a 10 second gtp. its turbo with a built tranny, and it seems to beak the tranny all the time. input shafts nap off real easy, even the good ones.

once you hit 10 seconds you had best have a roll cage in the car, cause your not running any more with out it. not at a real track any way.

Pretty sure that dude's car puts down over 500whp, good luck getting into the 10's.

Think 13's before you are out more money than the car is worth, because a built trans that can handle that power is over $3,000.

think the real question is, do u want to dump that much money into a 02 gtp? IMO id use that money and go v8, but again thats just my opinion
EDIT: best of luck tho man

Yea might want to set your expectations lower. What I mean is it won't be cheap or easy..heads,cam,Turbo and more important a built trans that won't shatter after each pass will not he cheep at all.

10's for a daily driver? You bought wrong wheel drive. I love them but you need more cylinders, better transmission and RWD.

Swap your car, most of the time unless you are going low/high end sportscar, a 10 second daily is not practical. My buddy used to have a 690 rwhp 95 Mustang GT. 10's @ 140MPH were not an issue but it was sucking gas back etc.. not a daily.
