Sounds like a pretty nice find. Why are you going a step colder with the plugs and why a 160 tstat? The 160 will set off an ses light for the engine not heating up properly. It all depends on what your plans for the car are but a 180tstat is the coolest I would ever go and unless you plan on dropping pulley sizes I'd put stock heat range plugs back in. Just my $.02.
