why leave the sc tentioner on the engine tho lol and switch the harmanic balancer to a singe belt n/a? this poor car. now we know why it was 2 grand with a turbo on it.

the good news is you can find a low miles n/a engine for a bout 300 bucks most of the time. with gaskets and fluids your up to 500 or so. and your labor and time of course.
Frankenstien eh...lol
Looks like a l67 with a l36 LIM and upper plenum for turbo purposes.
I'd pull the s/c tensioner and idler pulley off as they're just going to sieze up anyway but I'd leave the l67 harmonic balancer on the l67 myself...mines the same way, no need to change it.
Looks like a diamond in the rough to me at a good price, with some TLC, fresh gaskets(and maybe a new short block) and cleaning up it should work pretty good.
