Have a front tire not holding air.
Tires are in pretty bad shape on front.
Got a couple free tires from a friend in decent shape.
    I believe stock size is 225 60R 16 correct?
    These new ones are 205 60R 16.
Question 1 will they work on stock rims?
Question 2 would it be a bad idea to just replace the front 2 and leave the 225 tires on back?

question 1: the 205 tire is just narrower. it will work.
question 2: leave the 225 on the rear. as long as the front match and the rear match.

205's are way way way small, I would not put them on the car.

^^ What he said. 225/60/16 is 26.6" diameter, where the 205/60/16 is 25.7".
