Fill the rad, remove the thermostat housing and pour coolant in there to make sure its full then put it back on. Have the res tank at the proper level and put the rad cap on and start the car.
Run it till it reaches OP temp, so around 190-200º, open the bleed screw for only 2-3 seconds and close it, do that every 20-30 seconds untill no more air bubbles. I usally do it 5-10 times just because I think that how many its going to take to make sure its all out.
