    Not super hard.

Unbolt the downpipe and unplug the front o2 sensor. Remove the 4 bolts for the crossover pipe. I would take the spark plug wires out and remove the plugs, then unbolt the manifold from the head. The EGR pipes and valve will need to be remove aswell for extra room.

It will help to unbolt the front 2 motor mounts and use a ratchet strap on th engine lift bracket to pull the motor forward 1-2in to give yourself extra room.

Also curious as to why you need it removed.

The manifold gasket is blown or the manifold is cracked. I have a exhaust leak when I first start the car, but after it runs for a few min, you cannot hear it anymore. I already replaced the flange gasket.
