If all that didn't help the vibration, it might be a CV axle. Thing there is, if the boot isn't ripped...no one might be thinking along those lines. It's a might. Some vibrations etc are tough to track down. Also check your mounts and the ones holding your engine at the top. Some of those bushings wearing out would transmit more vibration. While the mechanic is looking under the car..that mount is up top.
On the 1811, have a transgo shift kit installed into the accumulator. The flush didn't hurt the trans, it only helped show a common issue.
