I have a 2007 pontiac Grand Prix GT supercharged and I'm wondering what mods I need to drop to a 3.6" pulley.
I have MSD wires and Coils, 160 TS, NGK TR55 plugs, and I'm ordering Headers and Throttle Body spacer.

Search is your friend! Put the headers on and a 3.6 should be doable. Need to have some way to watch your KR. A scan tool or a scan gauge will do the trick.
04 CompG, black HAI, 180*, TR55s, custom tune by me, SD headers soon
04 CompG, fusion orange, all stock
99 GTP, red, coupe, 3.4, SLP exhaust, basic mods, PB 13.56, SOLD in 09.

    ditch the throttle body spacer.

don't get headers unless you plan to go farther than that. they aren't necessary.

find someone local to tune your car.

He will want some sort of flow mods for dropping pullys on a Gen V blower.

So get those headers and skip the TB spacer are its 100% worthless.

i'd just toss a downpipe on it to be honest..headers are a PITA if you get the 'saving money' ones, anyway.

    95-03 is Gev 3.

    04-07 is Gen 5 blower.

No idea on what kind of plugs those are, I'm a autolite person.

And your thermostat is way way way too cold, run a 180 or stock. Factory knock sensors don't even turn on till around 160, so you want the coolant warmer.

Series 3 as in the engine.

Series 2 motor were in cars made before 2004.

But in all reality every 3800 block for 2 and 3 are exactly the same. GM just gave it a new name in 2004.

The superchargers also changed as you can see here.

    You sure?

I bet its not, if it does not have the center bolt hole in in the middle of the blower for the series 2 engine cover, then it a gen 5.

Or someone replaced it with an older supercharger and somehow with some magic made a TB adapter plate for your DBW throttle body.

At least a plog and 3in downpipe. You want little to no knock, those two mods will help.

The headers I ordered come with a down pipe I think. What's a plog

Don't worry about a plog if you already ordered headers. A plog (Power log manifold) is just an updated front exhaust manifold. The headers will go in place of it.
