First off.. until the engine starts, it's totally normal for every light to be on. This happens in nearly every car on the road. So skip the worries over the various lights, they mean nothing currently. Once the car is running..then we can pay attention and consider them.
Second, If you get nothing at all from the key when trying to start it. Yet the blower and lights etc work, that sounds like a bad ground. Look down at the front of the engine where it meets the transmission. There is a stud holding the trans to engine with two black loop grounds and the neg battery cable. Make sure all three are there and clean. Likely you'll find that one came loose. Either that or check the starter, similar situation but add a small purple wire that is the soleniod to activate the starter.
