    Welcome. The swap has been done many times. There's even a whole website devoted to swapping L67s ('97 - '03 supercharged 3800) into all kinds of cars. Here's a thread that might help you with some details on what you want to grab. I'd make sure the motor/trans are out of a '98+ w-body to avoid the goofy one-off things from the '97s.
