the on star I'd say isn't too important. Only if you use on star really and it has the door singers if the doors open. I think that's all that's for. Then get the break bypass for like 9 bucks I just bought mine for on ebay. That's if you wanna watch DVDs or w.e

since my car has the monsoon system it requires 2 harnesses not 1. its stupid and requires that special harness im getting

Lol damn, idk mine has monsoon too, but like I said it was all hooked up already. I spliced like I was switching just a radio n that was it, all the hard stuff was hooked up already. You can post in the audio/video section n see if people would know further when you're ready.
