    Hey everyone,

While I'm not 'officially' an owner yet, in about a week I will be taking ownership of a 2008 Grand Prix. Currently I drive a 2006 Saturn Ion and although the car has been great since I bought it, I simply wanted something more than the Ion has to offer.

It is a bright red base model, loaded with drivers package, sun and sound, leather and all the extras. I drove a few of the GP's on the lot and was impressed from the second I sat inside. Finally having a nice sunny day today I stopped in to make a choice on colour, once I saw the red glowing in the sunlight, that was it. What's more, being used the price was substantially less than new having 35,000kms on the odometer. After comparing it to a few other sedans comparable, Fusion, G6, Malibu, to name a few, and while some of those were very nice, none had the thrill the 3.8L offered.

While I will be taking a loss on the Ion, and will be using more fuel than I am now, I know that I will be able to enjoy the Grand Prix for years to come.

I'll post pictures as soon as I bring her home!

    Thanks guys.

I'm really looking forward to this car. This week is just going to drag on, which sucks big time. The excitement is going to kill me, lol.

It might be even longer now while the lien is removed from my trade, apparently it could be until the end of next week. I'm going nuts wanting this GP so badly, (particularly the heated seats and auto start)

Sorry I never gave an update, my computer picked up a virus somewhere along the way and the only way to remove it was to delete the entire hard drive and start over... lots of fun.

But anyway, my GP was delivered on Halloween, I've lucked out since we've had fantastic weather for this time of year so I've been able to enjoy everything the GP has to offer, especially the sunroof

I gave it a cleaning tonight but unfortunately was only able to get one pic, once I get the chance I'll load up some more. Enjoy!
