    Hey,
So i registered and it suggested i post here. Im Adam and i jist picked up a 98 gtp for a few hundred bucks. i was just gonna curb it but i always wanted one of these cars so im thinking about fixing it up.Anyway its got 230k on it but runs solid and has a newer tranny it does have a small coolant leak. im assuming from the lower intake or head gasket ill figure this out soon but was wondering is a 3800 with so many miles worth all this work? I know these motors go forever but should i put the money into it? Or is a junkyard swap the right way to go? If so anybody got a motor in the MI area for the right price? Im tryin to go cheap and have some fun

i got the same deal. mines a 98 also with 223000 its got some issues but nothing i cant handle. and its probably the lowere intake gasket. i replaced mine also but mine didnt leak but it had alot of miles on so i did. it ended up that they were shot and it was just a matter of time before they would start to leak. also check the coupler in the supercharger if it has slop id change that to.

hey man on the uploading pics thing you dont have to right click on the image code to copy and paste. if you left click it auto copies it to your computer clip board. then you come back here and hit either ctrl+v or right click and hit paste. if that does not resolve your problem let me know
