There are some universal coolants that are green. Most lube/mechanic shops will use them to prevent the very thing you are concerned about.

yea, but with the crud that is in the filler neck, I can just imagine what is in the rest of the system. But it isnt overheating... Im honestly not sure If I want to mess with it or if I should just drive it like it is since there isnt a heating issue...

Dont mind the drips on the bumper, I was wet-sanding and polishing my headlights.
Previous owner did a totally cool custom stop sign mod to the drivers front corner...
Well there she is in all her dirty glory. I went to the car wash yesterday and no more than 30 mins later it started snowing... Gotta love those post wash storms.
