It's been a while since I've been on here, and my car has mostly been sitting, but I have done some research. It's nice, and essential, having tools that can help with diagnostic, but if you don't know what the #s mean, you need to figure out what they mean.

I found that I was almost always getting a negative short fuel trim when I was on the gas, showing pcm was trying to subtract fuel. (or add more air) (cant do that but did average out
and so dumbly, I found that with the wet weather, the makeshift ram air I made, which worked great before header install in warm weather, had mudded up my cone filter. I mounted a cone filter inside factory intake box, moved engine intake air sensor to the fender in pvc, (will read only OA, and run richer because it isn't picking up heat from engine, and exhaust crossover) and had installed an unnecessary breather on oil filter cap.(sometimes helpful under heavy boost) With 15*oa I was getting horrible gas mileage, and with headers was getting terrible suction turbulance. With the cone filter in the air box, my negative static with ram air must have been quite high.

What I will be running now is the factory air box with a square k&n with polished metal 90 to throttlebody. Maybe I will move filterbox closer to throttlebody, and run my additive air runs before filter intake.

As for running, much better. Less suction vibration, and way better operation.
As I stated before, was getting downshift from factory at 28mph, with headers, 32mph, and with open cone, the way it is right now, 38mph
Highest ignition advance now is 38* from 31* Right now, as is almost 10psi max with stock pulley, but only in certain conditions. Averages about 5-7psi
I have not reset fuel trims.
The motor, and trans is begging for more, but my pcm will only do so much stock.
The next thing I will do is a smoke test to check for vac leaks to make sure fuel press regulator isn't overfeeding due to small top end hose leak.
I still have to put up some pics which I will do very soon.
