yes, thats the problem. you need to fix the trac off light being on all the time problem. you should be able to turn it off and on at will.
most of the time the abs light, and the trac off lights come on, but trac off can also cause these problems. does the steering get stiff as well? until it pops free?
if it sounds like ive seen this problem before, its cause my car does it once a month. has something to do with the abs check, ( that crunching sound you hear when you first drive off) for some reason it fails in the first 10 feet of driving, and then it feels like the cars been tied to a stump. im still unsure if its the trans, or the brakes holding the car back.
but stopping, turning the car off, key out, door open, close the door fire it back up and drive, and 99% of the time it will pop free and drive off like normal.
if you cant find a bad hub on the car, id have it scanned at a shop. they can tell you exactly where the problem is.
