Hello, I am an ex-Grand Am, owner and I always like the Grand Prix more, so when I sold my 97' Grand Am GT, I went out and bought a 01' Grand Prix GT 3800 v6 135k miles. Its needs a little cosmetic work and a few parts and that is it. If you guys know how to disable the horn (beeps twice every time) when I lock the car please let me know. I come home late at night sometimes and I do not want to wake the neighbors. (I also find it annoying)

Pretty sure it's a selectable option. Check ye ole owners manual for the GP procedure. I know you can do the light flash..I think horn is possible too.

This car came with no manual.I read some where on this website about the lights too, but not the horn :/
Update: I found the manual on-line and found out how to do it. Thank you for the advice.
