Hello everybody. Im new to the forum because I just got a 2000 gtp. The motor was worn so I was looking for a motor and found one that is brand new. Its a 99 but without the supercharger. I know Im gonna have to use some parts from the original motor to make this work. So i guess thats my question. Does anybody know what needs to be done

What was wrong with your motor? To use the N/A motor you will need everything from the heads up and a tuned pcm.

Depends if you want to keep the supercharger or not. Billboost is the guy you want to talk to. He did a N/A swap.

Yeah..give us more info about what you are looking to do. Almost sounds like you found a new motor that is for a GTP, but w/o the charger sitting on it. If so..that's an easy couple of gaskets and flip the charger onto it. If you are going the other way of putting a non charged motor in..that's easy enough too.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
