If you plan on DD'ing the thing, just plan on a 3" catted downpipe...or catless if you can get away with it. Leave the catback alone...it's not restrictive. The factory front manifold, downpipe, and the u-bend are the parts that need to be addressed.

Thanks! Dont know if the deal will happen though. Turns out GM's on both sides arent worth ****.......lol. Yeah actually that was my plan. Figure a drop in filter, catless dp, and a gentle massaging the tune with my hp tuners. clean, wash, wax....blamo!
