I have a 2002 grand prix se 14000 miles. Its good running car but it does 0-60 in 12.9 seconds. its soo slow how can i get some more power?

oh goodness lawdy you need a tune up real bad. you should be at around 8 seconds with an SE lol
EDIT:
you will always be slow unless you do an engine swap to a 3.8 supercharged.
and even then you will be pretty slow.
Clogged cat.
Next bet.
try checking the catylic converter, problems with cats can cause power loss and 12.9 secounds sounds like a big power loss to me cause it should be in the 8's
drill a hole in it. And if you still have problems tack it up with a MIG welder.
ask it...how else?
you can put your car on ramps, and when its cold, hit the cat with your hand, most of the time you will hear stuff ratteling around inside the cat.
another way is take out for a short high way drive. pull over where safe, off the high way, and look under the car to see if the cat is glowing red, you need to do this at night of course.
