Hey everyone, I am a long time Grand Prix fan, my mom had one when I was younger and my dad bought a GTP when I was in high school and I recently traded in my F150 for a 1997 Grand Prix GT Coupe! I'm loving it so far, it's just like I remember the Pontiac feeling of driving something totally unique! Here is a pic:

I'm considering doing a few things soon: tinting the window and adding an mp3 capable radio face and possibly some speakers.
In the future I would like to add some stock 5 spokes and PC them gold, maybe add some headers, and look into suspension mods.

Clean looking GP you got there, also welcome to GPF. Tint is a great upgrade. Although I personally would get rid of that pinstripe.

Thanks! Do you have any recommended methods for removing the pinstripe?

Welcome. For the pin stripe, get a big rubber eraser that you put on an electric drill and go to town. I used one for mine and super easy and did a good job.

The only thing about using the 3M stripe off wheel is you have to patient and not burn through the paint. I have used one many times. If there is some residue that the wheel does not get then you just lightly wet sand with some 1500-2000 grit and buff out. Here is what the 3M Stripe off wheel looks like Amazon.com: 3M Stripe Off Wheel 07498, 4 in x 5/8 in, w/Hardware - 7498AM: Home Improvement
