Picking up a 2000 GTP on Saturday. Been on here trying to get parts for it for a bit now. Used to have a 2000 GTP Daytona 500 years ago. Had intake/headers and an intercooler on that. Was a fun car and I missed it. So I figured getting another GTP when I started looking for a new DD was perfect.

    Thanks for the welcomes!

The big plans are an XP cam, S2 Intercooler, and a Gen V s/c swap. Has Speed Daddy headers on it but don't know if they are big enough for what I want to do. My previous GTP had Pacesetters on it and besides them leaking like hell I liked them. With just intake/headers and a S2 intercooler I could run a 2.9" pulley and 12 psi peak with no KR to 140 mph.

Been trying to get ahold of some used ZZP or TOG extreme headers thinking they would be a better choice.

Ahh ok. Thanks for the info. Was a bit scared beings I read they only have 1.5" primaries and a 2.25" crossover.

Thanks guys. Yeah the car looks pretty good for its age. Has 130k miles on it. I'm only paying $2,000 because it had its transmission rebuilt and now does not have reverse. Bought it in hopes that it is just the reverse pin not aligned with the band properly. Either way at $2,000 it was a nice price even if I need to put a transmission in it.
