welcome, how did you know the odometer was rolled back on your old one?

@ dsmuts after a few days the 1rst numeric went from 1 to 2 and the 2nd numeric went from 2 to between 3 and 4. On the 1rst numeric there were scratches and it was also the same for the 2nd. It there was some substance that looked like glue.
