My name is zadrian and I am a new owner of a 1995 Pontiac grand prix 2 door I aquired back in jan of 2011. Ive been searching for a site to discuss my car and I finally found one.
This is my 3rd grand prix. First one was a Teal 1994 GTP 2 door. Second was a 2001 grand prix 4 door and my 3rd the 1995 grand prix Se 2 door.
This grand prix is exactly like my 94' with the exeption of this one being dark green with tan cloth interior gold crosslace rims and the 3100 v6 and NOT the 3.4 My 94 had..
I bough this car cause the 3100's are good on gas and My friends father who was the original owner was selling it and he wanted it to go to me. Id like to get alot of information on how to fix some things on it, it only has 82,000 miles and its all original I have all records including the window sticker and copy of the certificate of origin... never smoked in and vinyol sheets put down on the floor its entiire life.
car sat in the original owners driveway since 2004 when he got his new acura and was used maybe 4 or 5 times a year just to keep it going. Spent alot of time cleaning the outside, was very dirty and the plastic parts have some oxidation. everything but the a/c works and the drivers door handle.. Interior needs a good cleaning and back of headliner sags a bit..
Would a car like this with such low miles and in original condition be worth anything to someone who collects pontiacs?. I literally have every piece of documentation for the car even a sales brochure haha..I dont want to sell it, But its a great canadate for a collector to restore it and display it cause they dont make pontiac anymore haha..
