Not new to GM. I had a '88 GMC full size van with a 350 engine and sold it at 260,000 on the motor. And just traded in my baby, a 2005 saturn Ion 2.2L manual, loaded with 100,000 miles and never had a problem with it.

I am by no means missing the Saturn though.

I'm loving my 2006 GP GT with 50,000 miles. I love the low end torque, the quickness, the stopping power, the comfort. Its an amazing car.

I did have a couple questions though:

    1. what is the stock max PSI on these superchargers? With stock tune and aftermarket tune?

    2. there is a boost gauge in the info center, can you add a analog psi gauge also and how to do that?

    3. can you take the a/c controls from a GP that has digital temperature settings and put it on a non digital? If so I would assume that only one side would work seeing that theres only one controller on non digital

    4. I've heard about people putting a intercooler on their superchargers. How much Hp does something like this give?

    5. How much HP can the automatic transmission handle?

    6. how much HP can the stock engine handle?

    Thanks

    welcome.

most of your question can be answered here. http://www.grandprixforums.net/safel...car-17482.html

yes you can hook up a REAL boost gauge.

stock psi is aound 5-7 lbs

tranny can handle a good amount, its just how you treat it.
