hey all...I am 31, I've always had imports and a few weeks ago I picked up a pretty clean 97 Grand Prix Sedan 3800...it is all black on black and pretty good on the body, interior etc...it has 197K with 60K on the recent transmission that is out of an 02. I picked it up relatively cheap and with the exception of a few minor things, I am pretty happy with it.
I am in need of new/used headlights for both sides as these are pretty yellow ( not sure of a good way to fix that on these ? ) and good used tailights.
The seller did advise there is an AC leak but not sure where from and if you re-charge it, it only lasts about 3 days...well its pretty damn humid here in IA, what are the common areas and parts of the AC system on these to check, how, and where ?. The brakes have also started squeeking a bit when being applied however the brakes feel great, and the fluid is fine...any ideas on that on these ?.
I am also looking for 1 center cap for the stock wheels, and even considering black leather factory seats out of a wrecked one or something of someone has those.

    Thanks again all,
    Justin PIckett

put some dye in the system and watch with a UV light and goggles.

Also, ****ty pads or really hard pads squeal.
