I just got a 2007 Grand Prix GT about 2 months ago now and thought I'd hop on here.

I do have a couple of questions as well that some of you can maybe help me out with.

Here's a couple pics of the car.

Now I have a couple of key questions before I start modding the car itself.

Where should I start with HIDs? I know it's 9500/9600 for high/low but that's about it.

Also, what about a tint? I have pretty strict laws here (no tint on the front windows and whatever on the back). I'm pretty sure I can get away with a 35/20 combo or 50/35 or something similar but any pictures or idea on what would look good? It gets so hot in there sometimes and I don't want the leather to wear. I'm getting a decent deal (275, 7 window with Madico Charcool but I'll give him 200 cash and he'll do it for sure) but I want to know if this is the right direction.

Any help or advice to lead me in the right direction would be great.

    Thanks.

Thanks you guys! I do agree and well I think a 50/35 would be best as it isn't too dark but gives some good heat resistance.

    Any idea about the HIDs?

HID Kits, BMW Aftermarket Bumpers & Lighting, DEPO - DDM Tuning good HIDs and cheap too

tint on a black car is sick BUT be ready to pay fines if they are srtict about it, or tint the back and get like 50% on the front so it will block some heat but wont be that noticable

    Thanks for the advice!

Any pictures or advice on tints? I would rather go 50/35 to be honest and maybe a 20 in the back? Think that's a good idea?

Also, thanks for the link CTK! Question though, I don't seem to see the 95/9600 low/hi beam? Could you maybe point me in the right direction? Have you used this product before!

    Thanks again.

HID Kits, BMW Aftermarket Bumpers & Lighting, DEPO - DDM Tuning

from the 2nd drop down select 9006 for your low beams as 1 HID kit

select 9005 for you high beams as the 2nd kit

i have the H1 kit for my projectors but i have stock highbeams, i didnt feel it neccessary to buy both but since they are so cheap then why not?

I'll probably end up getting both anyway. Any idea about mounting them correctly? Where should I mount them?
