I just want everyone to know how great this site is and to appreciate having a place for all of us to share our experiences and ideas. I have found this site absolutely phenominal and full of great information. I was a GM tech from 1990 to 2000. As an old man (39) tools and outlets like this weren't around 15 to 20 years ago. Everyone should really appreciate having this forum and donate $10 more than you can. The information is priceless!!

I have always been a GM man and I bought my 2000 GT for basic transportation but always wanted more (Audi, BMW or Mercedes) but when I looked at the cost it was rediculous. My wife has a Land Rover and that is the only vehicle I want to pay $7K for a long block. After finding this site, with all the information, I can put 3K into my GT and have a great driving car that I will enjoy driving and maybe even take to Lime Rock for a track Day. Some delusional bone-head GM exec said that Pontiac is the American BMW. What we do here to improve the Grand Prix, that has to be one of the most beautiful shapes, is actually validating that statement. Be proud of your cars, that they are the last of an American Icon and they are the last and best of an extinct breed.

I look forward to participating for a long time.
