made a thread - posted my car in their, figured id post it here introducing myself.

my names derek, im 16. i live in Wisconsin, and i own a '90 Grand Prix SE 3.1 V6.

i have plans for this car - and considering not much has to be done (cleaned up a bit, dents removed, fix a rust spot (only 1 luckily!!) i should be able to get it done on a cheap budget and get it finished quickly.

like said in another thread - this seems like the best place to learn from.

Welcome to the community, glad to have you here.

That is so reminiscent of my '89 GP I had. It was decked out like yours. I LOVED that thing and I put nearly 200k on it before I sold it and it was still going strong when I did sell it.

hehe, its a nice car - it only has 120k on it, so itll be going strong for awhile.

It was alot of fun! Never had much for problems with it. Last red car I owned. Second GP I owned, first was a 76 GP. I've owned a ton of Pontiacs through the years though. GPs always been my favorites. Not too many active members I've found in south central WI. I usually go to other states for car events.
