New to this forum, but not GPs (3rd one, 2008 GT). I've been trying to get the steering wheel controls working with an aftermarket Chinese Android stereo (Pumpkin), and I'm at the point where I just want to bypass the canbus of the GP, and tap into the key 1 wire from the stereo to the swc wire that comes out of the steering wheel column. There's a guy on YouTube who did this with his Saturn Vue. I just don't know what color wire this is. I've been trying to find wiring diagrams on the net with no luck. If anyone could help, I'd greatly appreciate it!
