Once you listed that it had a smaller pulley of unknown size and very few other mods to support a smaller pulley that is when the walk away fast bell went off, then you listed the bad and that bell broke it was ringing so much.

Agreed. Sounds like a poorly modified vehicle sold to someone who doesn't know or care how to maintain it.

Don't even feel bad about walking away. Get a car that hasn't been modified.
