Wasup gents. Im G. My love for the GP started a ways back when a buddy of mine had a 97 Gt in highschool. Since then I've purchased 2. Actually I've purchased both of them within the last two months. I got the first one (2000 GP Gt) from the auction. I stupidly bought it without looking at anything and got bit for it. I got it home and soon realized it was a rusty P.O.S.. There was a rust whole so big in the rear passenger strut tower that I could get an entire gloved fist through it. The silver lining in that storm cloud was that when I got it my thought was that I could buy my cousins car (98 GP Gt) that he had sitting around as a parts car so solving that problem was just a matter of reorienting my focus away from the rusty 2000 to the abandoned 98. My cousin parked it because after he had this shade tree mechanic put a rack-n-pinion in it it began having an electrical problem so my first move was getting it fixed and running. Now with that done she is now my daily. Yay for me. Truth be told I've been trying to buy this car from him for at least the last two to three years. I absolutely love it. I've got millions of ideas for her but I think the first step is getting her back to a good condition so you'll surely b hearing from me a lot. She's still got some gremlins!!!
