Got my money back. We had a phone call around noon. Discussed a few things, he said he's not effing me around any longer and he didn't He held up to his word! He put money on a PayPal MyCash card. I got the pin and put the money in my acct.
I called PayPal to confirm that the card wasn't attached to my acct. They said it was good as cash and one time transaction and I'm safe with the money and transfer.
Jay if you see this sorry we couldn't work a deal and thanks for holding up your deal and word. Even after things went sour.

Glad to hear you finally got your money back. Sometimes you've gotta bug somebody a little to get things accomplished. At least it was all put to a swift end, rather than several others ending up in the same position.
I've removed the name, address, and phone numbers that I had posted from the thread out of the respect of privacy. He may have done wrong, but he made it right, and that information didn't need to stay public.
