Chances are the rocker panels and rear strut towers are rust free. Check them and be sure. If they are rust free and I am guessing they are, do something to treat them to prevent rust if you drive it in the winter. Other than that, if the normal Grand Prix issues haven't cropped up yet, they will eventually... Power window motors and regulators, intake manifold gaskets, dexcool, hub bearings, etc. If you buy it, don't put a dime into mods until maintenance is done and you know it runs and drives well.
