Hello to all, I'm not new to Pontiacs, I have had two grand ams and a fiero. This is my first prix. I have installed headgaskets, replaced starters, removed and reinstall whole motors and even half accomplished a fiero 3800sc swap. I had a motorcycle wreck in 2012 so I gave my project up. I settled on a truck and then traded the Ford Truck for my white 97 grand prix, it has had a transmission and engine replaced in its lifetime. Without building too big of a read it has developed issues. I work a min wage job at a local fast food, and I was living by myself and paying mortgage, until my roof caved in and now sleep on a couch in a apartment with four other people, I had to sacrifice proper maintenance for food. My car has a leaking radiator, a dead cell battery, hesitation that could be linked to maf but the engine did throw a code for tps I did replace the tps, twice. And every so often when I turned my key to start my car, I had to return because it didn't initiate the starter, until that is I was coming home from work one night and it died while I was still parking. I had a great spark and jump and still couldn't get the key do anything but turn on radio, not even fuel pump was heard. If I replaced the ignition and key tumbler assembly will pass lock be affected? What should I do next? [IMG][/IMG]
