You can go super cheap and grab some nilight projectors from Amazon. They are basically mini h1 clones but have a very good cutoff they cost about 25.99. Then hid kit that's about 35.99. That's less than 100.00 in parts.

Ya I actually just saw those ones on amazon and they had really good reviews. I messaged rfs and asked them about a comparison between the morimoto and the acme and they made it sound like the acme was complete **** compared to the morimoto. I just don't understand why they would sell it if it's that ****ty

I've ran them in my first quad setup and they throw ton of light. You won't be disappointed and for the price can you really be upset? Lol. Also there is a YouTube video comparing the morimoto and the nilight.

Well I'll check out the nilight then for sure! It just uses h1 bulbs right? Any advice on a good bi exonon hid kit? The one I have right now is a cheapy and has halogen bulbs for the high beams.. So stupid that my low beams are brighter then my highs.

They can, but myself I'd stick with 35w.

Ok so I'm in the middle of my retro and I can't seem to find a how to that has pictures but anyway do we have to cut the top or bottom of the headlight housing? I have trimmed a bunch off the shroud and sanded the headlight housing but it's still too tight. Any idea help would be great! Thanks

No, just trim the shroud to fit.

Well just did my final test fit and am sealing everything up. I have switchback halos and I can't seem to find a wiring diagram so I'm not sure which wires to splice into for the drl and then the switchback. Any help would be appreciated thanks guys
