I recently changed the valve cover gaskets, intake gasket, supercharger gasket and thermostat on my 99 gtp
It's all back together but runs like crap now, the idle isnt as good as normal and the engine shakes a little more than normal too, kind like a little knock.
any ideas and tips of what it could be or what i should check?

I wanna guess you missed a vacuum line somewhere or a plug wire is in the wrong spot.

if you didn't change the vac line ends or T's or one cracked, or ones cracked where you cant see it, it will run poorly.

get a can of carb cleaner and spray around the vac lines, if the idle jumps up, you have a leak in that area.
