    When the washer hose clip on the cowl snapped off in my hand, I thought I was dealing with a very rigid piece of plastic, so I figured I had to take the entire cowl off to make sure it wouldn't break in the cold too. So the wiper arms had to be removed, and it was off the chart tough to even get them to budge. Still looking for an easier way to get them off. Maybe temporarily disable the arm spring and then pull? Might work...

    a small 2 jaw puller works best. a claw hammer also works or a pry bar. just watch you dont crack the windshield.
