Lately I've been using a product called leak lock with really good success as well. http://www.highsidechem.com/leaklck.html

I'm not a big fan of tape unless its a tapered thread.

We'll another motor, another headgasket - lol, going to be using my ARP studs this time... was going to try the yellow tape....

that leak lock sounds pretty good too tho... hmm...
