Thread: How to remove a transmission

Ok I figured it would be just differences in what to disconnect on the motor I've only done rear wheel drives in the past

Just got a grand prix that needs a new transmission. I was told that it's not worth doing the swap myself because I'd need to "drop the cradle" (too much work). It doesn't seem like that's the case according to your walkthrough...am I mistaken?
(Yes, I do know what a cradle is...lol googled it)

going to remove trans from regal gs to do the rear main seal, oil pan gasket ,also going to do timing chain to remove trans do I need to drop the sub frame? otherwise looks like fun
