yeah i got a 99 GTP Randy so would it be a big deal and hard to get the same screws but just longer at like home depot or something?
just finished mine looks good enough gap between the spoiler and lid so water is easy to flow threw now! =] thanks and this is def sticky worthy looks nicer also i lifted it up a bit more then a washer =] i used 2 washers and a flat metal locktight.
yeah its worked well only thing is i was just wondering with my steel washers and stuff will it rust out and screw my paint up or anything???
out i wouldnt ahve used metal... um... some metals will rust... but id be more concerned with vibrations scratching the paint then rust from where paint may be scratched away? but dont know? if you siliconed around the washes and all then water shouldnt get in there tho?
yea thats what im thinking im sure she'll be fine =] my sub amd amp below doesnt help with the vibration THANKS AGAIN DEF STICKY WORTHY!
yup i hear ya munkey
Na didnt take any pics, my bad.. but there was some surface rust and some serious dirt plus those outlines, which i couldnt get off... it didnt help the old lady that used to have my car never washed it..
mine had no rust i was shocked but i did have the outline of the spoiler haha =]
just pulled off the tail the other day and found total mayhem but I fixed it up alittle bit and took to progress photos also so here it goes...
Sanded...

Painted... cant tell but the paint area is darker then the rest of the car but its mainly under the tail and unnoticeable...
And lifted... the rubber washers I used were red and are not visible at all, great Idea Drunk.
