I've heard people tell me that I am better off making a cold air for my car rather than buying like a K&N but I don't really have a clue where to start?

What size cone? Also what type of piping?

    Any suggestions would help. Thanks.

PVC pipe form lowes and a cone 4 or 5 inch cone from a napa or o'riellys.
Go to the search bar up top and type in homemade CAI or FWI and there should be some post about how people made them.
