Just finished changing my camber rods (originals were bent). Not the hardest job, but thought I would give some info anyway.

    1) Raise car and support on jackstands
    2)Remove rear wheels
3)Use 2 13/16 wrenches to remove center nuts. (bolts WILL NOT clear the trunk YET)
4)Remove the nut holding the outer end of the camber rod (13/16)
5)Loosen (do not remove) the 2 bolts on either side of the crossmember (4 in total)
6)Pry back the crossmember in order to gain clearance to remove the centre bolts.

    Installation reverse of removal.

Dont think I missed anything. Also a good time to replace rear sway links.

Any pictures? What about the alignment procedures?

^^I realize a stock L36 is not as fast as the sticker implies, but this sticker has worked and it is still a hell of a lot of fun to drive considering it's a grocery sedan.

Sorry, no pictures. It was raining pretty hard. (unusual for january). I will be bringing it in for an alignment tomorrow. Having to lower the crossmember just to pull 2 bolts out is kind of frustrating, but overall, it wasnt too bad.

Okay, went out and looked at my car and the rods are bent. Why? How? and where do I get replacements and how much? Are there any Heavy Duty (Super Duty lol) replacements?

I went to the dealer and they call them camber rods, though I could be wrong.

I ended up buying some used ones from the wreckers. Apparently they are a "dealer only" part. The dealer wanted $199 each. I called the dealer on the american side, and they wanted $103 each (big difference eh?). The wreckers sold me 2 for $25.

Head rebuild gasket set is $490 through crappy tire yet I got more than that amount of gaskets for $250 down in the states.

I know theres a company that sells "performance" versions. Can't remember the name. Perhaps someone else can chime in on this.

I always called them lateral arms. I dunno...

But I do see that WBody Store sells oversized arms:
