There are so many variables that could cause that, my first guess would be to check the boost bypass valve and solenoid, and would delete that solenoid properly

I love the detail you provide in this post, it helps us SO much here.

Maybe you should say in detail what you have tried to fix the issue, what EXACTLY is done to the car or provide pictures.

Or say when this issue started, before or after you did a mod?

Ok. So I have taken off the belt and I can give her hell. I already disabled the Bbv and plugged the vac line to it and still no change. I have tr6 plugs 55 gap. I have a 3.2 on it now. But will do it with any pulley size. I used to have a adjustable fpr and got rid of that and got a stock one so I can still use my AN fittings. The intercooler I got was from sseilmnop. One of his recent ones. And it didn't have the holes for the pcv. So I tapped my valve covers and ran a catch can

you could use a colder plug, the pcv, why not drill and tap the tb and run the line there?

hard to really say, you need to poke around check for vac leaks and such. like did you use garleak gaskets on the ic?

I tapped into both covers and went to the catch can then to atmosphere. And I have a north star if that changes anything. What plug should I use. I used have the NGK br7 or something like that. And still did the same thing. And u used rtv to seal it

I did notice the other day my supercharger was seeping oil around the snout. Where the case splits

on the n* theres a metal vac line, run the gen 5 pcv to that metal line. ditch the catch can, you dont need it. seal off the valve covers.

al 104 should work. maybe 103's.

the snout leaks not the bogging. you need to take it off re seal it.

I've already taken the intercooler back off and reseated it. And in that intercooler there's no hole for the stock pcv to function. Cause I have the nipple off the gen v connected to the nipple on the throttle body. There's no vacume coming from the hose though

i though his ic's had the hole for the pcv? maybe you got rtv in the holes? what tune you got? does it have KR when its bogging?

Well this one did not have the holes in it. I'm 100% on that. And it has no kr. It'll just go instant lean.

That's why I ran the catch can thinking it was having to do with crank case pressure

Or maybe how my vaucume is setup. Starting with the Bbv. It goes under the s/c and then I have T in the middle after to my boost gauge. Then to the map. Then a T off into the fpr

That doesn't sound right. The line that runs from the BBV (the round black thing on the blower) that normally runs to the BCS (solenoid), should be removed from the BCS and left open to atmosphere. The line that runs from the FPR to the BCS, should be removed/plugged (where it goes to the FPR, BCS end doesn't matter). A picture would probably be easier to work with, but from the way I read it, it's not done correctly.
