    Sup guys. My car started making this noise today and it see.s to be coming from the blower motor area. I already took the cabin filter off and looked for any debris and found nothing. It also makes the noise even with the power off. Any ideas? Would the resistor make that noise? And yes i know its an impala in the video but its the same noise. https://youtu.be/xvzCLOtqhSY
