    Is this little box with 4 wires coming off of it the remote keyless entry if so can i wire that into my main wiring and have keyless entry

    it is the receiver for a key fob's, it directly controls trunk unlock, but it has a singe wire interface to body control module, and that controls door locks, etc.

    i doubt it, the body control module is programmed specific to vehicle, if you didn't have kely fob from factory i would not think body control module supports it. I just bought NOS fob receiver for my car, it didn't fix my issue of key fob not working, can't program a new key fog, so I think my problem is BCM.
    I am ready to go to aftermarket keyless entry system, I saw post recommending bulldog, sub $50 system. just passing that along, I don't have first hand knowledge.
