    When your tensioner threads aren't allowing you to tighten your pulley do I replace the whole alt bracket? Have this issue and just wanna know replaced the left thread bolt still no go it will tighten without the pulley on but won't with the pulley on thanks!!

    yup, unless you can find a longer bolt to fit in there.

    tensioner is part of the alt bracket. theres no servicing it. other then changing the pulley.
