Hi, a few of the lights in the instrument cluster are out on my GTP.
i wanted to pull it out and see if i could either replace them, or replace the cluster (since the speedo is off anyway)
whats involved in removing the instrument panel? I know the lower dashboard needs to come off, the pieces under the steering wheel, and the section around the radio, is there anything else?

Umm...you don't need to remove column trim. But the other parts yes.

the plastic trim around the dash comes off, its all push clips, so you start at a corner and work your way around popping it free.

then theres 4 screws holding the cluster in, and a plug on the back of it.
