taking the doors off would make it as aerodynamic as a brick

The door's on are car's are heavy pigs. They scale about 100 pounds each. That's a good place to ditch a lot of weight when done the correct way along with countless other way's.

I've ran in full street trim with a weight of 3,67X pounds year's ago.

Race weight last year was about 3250

This season race weight I'm looking to be at 3,000 pounds with me in the car, and yet it's still going to be seeing a lot of car show's. So about 90% of people wont even notice what's missing from the car. You can ditch a lot of weight from this plat-fourm pretty easy.

Inferno hood and speed daddy T304 stainless headers. Stylish and you lose some weight and add better flow and if your catless, even better. The stock cast iron manifolds, crossover, downpipe all weight a lot. Run lower weight smaller wheels then 18's and go have some fun

Also you could delete all your engine brackets and EGR and it is a weight reduction party!
