    When I was replacing the Knock Sensor wire the wire snapped off right behind the plug that goes into this black thing, that looks like a mount. I just stripped the end of the wire and butt jointed both wires together with out the black piece. I am still getting a P0332 even after I fixed the wire. I havn't checked on the butt joints yet but could the black piece be important?

    The blacok piece is a waterproof connector
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
